Shermont Fox is the CEO and Owner of Fox Consulting LLC.

With over 35 years of experience in K-12 education, I have served as a School Administrator, Clinical Director of Emotional Support Services, and Teacher. My journey has equipped me with a deep understanding of the educational landscape and the needs of students, educators, and communities.

Currently I have my own consulting firm, Fox Consulting we specialize in working with Schools to build restorative communities with Restorative Practice. I am a licensed trainer with the International Institute of Restorative Practice were I train schools.
